Sakshi Newspaper stealing images copyright infringement

There are lots of media companies who think that they can do a search in Google Images and use any of the images from the results for their business or commercial purposes.
The Hyderabad based news agency ‘Sakshi ‘owned by Jagati Publications Pvt. Ltd is one among them. They have blatantly copied one of my images from my blog and used in their news papers (both paper edition and internet edition). The images in my blog have clear copyright symbol to my name and have more details at my copyright .

The copied image can be viewed at Sakshi Epaper copy. The original pictures were posted at kids photo blog post .
I have already communicated to their email address about this copyright imfringement and waiting for a reply from them.

I know its been sometime I updated my blog with new pictures and I apologize for that.It got pretty busy last month and got engaged with my brother’s family visit to Utah . Then came some small travelling with my wife for vacation . Now I am back to add more pictures to this blog .Also I have tons of pictures to update . Here I go :

This post was suppose to be added long time back as I did this photoshoot last year . The models are my good friends Rajeev Mupalla and Archana. I still remember Archana calling me to plan for a photoshoot and showing her interest in my photography. And I would say it was my best photoshoot last year for the following reasons :

1.) I got two wonderful friends after the shoot and their energy to pose made me more happy.
2.) The climate was the best to shoot pictures that day.
3.) I made them happy .

Here are some of the pictures I shot at the Wheelers farm in Utah . It was a loverly evening . Archana was looking beautiful in the green indian designer saree and Rajeev was looking as professional as he is.I have more pictures to update in future post of this couple with their wonderful family members who were in Utah visiting them.

These pictures were taken the same day I took pictures of Soumya Muppala at the wheelers farm.

I met Annapurna and sagar at the my friend’s Rajeev’s birthday and they asked whether I can take some pictures for them. I was much confused with the location to choose and wanted to try some different place this time . I selected the Big cotton wood canyons and thought of getting some pictures between the woods . I know it’s been long since I blogged and the reason : I was in India for three weeks for my wedding . So I’m a married man now… YaY !!!!!! Now getting settled a little bit after we are back in the US . So What do you think will be my next blog post about . Of course , pictures of my beautiful wife Shiniga . I was much awaiting for my India trip in December to meet and shoot some pictures of my cute little one year old niece – Vaiga Davish . She is daughter of Manju (cousin sister) and her husband Davish .I had a great time playing with her and taking some random shots without her knowledge . She was my favorite model and loved her smile .I miss you Vaiga .

Let me add my first post of 2010 . And this one is an important post too . Last month I took an important decision of my life when I was vacationing in India. I found my life partner . Yes I am getting married . And I was happy that my fiancee agreed to pose for me for couple of pictures .Thought – let me give her an idea on how her life will be in future , always posing for me . She was pretty good before the camera and I’m glad that I got the perfect match .

Note : I was late at the location and had to try taking the pictures with less light .Had to use my external flash .

My friends , who own the Royal India restaurant in Sandy – Utah asked me to take some of their family pictures so that they can design some Christmas cards. We decided to get the pictures taken at the gardener village in west jordan , Utah . The Sunday was pretty cold and their little one (Aasna) had really a bad time bearing the chilly wind . Happy to share some of the pictures shot there .

Models are Aasna and Asmita .

I was always looking for somebody to pose for me so that I can try some tricks which was in my mind and alas I got my friend Anoop and his newly wed Keerthana for a photo shoot.I requested them that I would like to take some pictures and gift them some prints for their wedding.And here are some of my favorites.This can be called my first professional photoshoot.Location: Wheelers Farm, Utah.
